Welcome to Her Wellness Collective! 
Inspired by my passion for all facets of health and helping others, I created Her Wellness Collective with the sole mission of helping women of all ages with their health so they can feel empowered to intentionally live their healthiest and happiest life. I am an accredited Nationally Recognised Nutritionist (NRN) with Nutrition Council Australia, and a qualified Health and Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer and Middle to High School Educator.

Diana uses knowledge, experience and skills in the industry to work directly with clients to optimise their lifestyle through health and wellness practices. She is available for one-on-one private client consultations, including working with Allied Health and Medical Practitioners to support clients, team nutrition, workshops, nutritional advice and meal planning services, and brand collaborations. 

The services of nutrition, fitness, and wellness are made unique to just you and what your schedule + needs may look like. We also understand that these topics may be sensitive which is why you decide exactly how you would like to be best supported. Consultations are offered on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis to suit your needs and take place on a platform that you feel comfortable with; whether it be via email/messages or video calls.

01. Nutritional Support

As a nutritionist, I focus on helping you build practices and make changes to your diet through nutritional advice and support to optimise your health. I work with you to build a nutritional/meal plan that is made just for you, teach you the foundational basics, and encourage you to make healthy, lasting swaps and changes while still enjoying the social aspects of food and life.

02. Fitness Journey

As a personal trainer, I will personalise your training, encourage and guide you on how to try new movements and workouts, and provide a wider variety of exercises in your training routine. I believe in the safety and suitability of personal training programs, especially if you have any contraindications to exercise, injuries, pre/post-natal or post-menopausal. Personal training for me is much more than fitness – it is a great source of connection, not just through helping you reach your fitness goals but also caring about your wellbeing and assisting you in improving not only your physical, but mental health.

Health and Wellness Coaching is a client-centred, collaborative intervention with the aim of supporting you in sustainable lifestyle changes. I will offer defined skills and knowledge to support the process of change, always displaying and honouring your autonomy and unique values. The emphasis may vary from prevention and maintaining of your current health status to me working alongside other allied health professionals with you to attain your health goals. A comprehensive training program may draw from the fields such as motivational interviewing, self-determination theory, positive psychology, social cognition, and theories of emotional intelligence; mindfulness and neuroscience.
